I got a call from Jack tonight saying that he works for Windows and that they have been getting lots of error reports from my computer because it is very infected with viruses, malware and spyware.  I said I have antivirus software and he said that it doesnt pick these up. He wanted to show me the errors on my computer and fix them for me.  I said no and that I didnt know who he was, he could be anyone.  He told me to call him back to verify that he was legitimate on (02) 9014 7449.  Of course I didnt.  I searched online instead.  Glad I did.
