Two days in a row. The same person and not even calling for me but someone else in my office. Won't say why they're calling or who they are.

The woman kept trying to tell me I'd won a trip somewhere. Wouldn't tell me where she was calling from even when asked repeatedly. Was very aggressive and talked over the top of me getting louder each time I asked where she was from. Have had before so I knew she was trying to sell me an accommodation package of some sorts. Very rude and aggressive.

Caller: Accor hotels Plus (apparently) Similar experience to above. Said they were from Accor and knew exactly when I was going to be staying with them the following week and wanted me to sign up in for silver membership for $370. I said forget it since work doesn’t cover stuff like that and when I said the membership has no value to me the guy was super agressive trying to convince me that I would benefit yet I’m pretty sure I know my life better than him.

Called me trying to sell me silver membership. Gave a decent pitch. I was driving so told him to put it in writing & email me the details. He said that they can’t do this by email & that it has to be over the phone & suggested that he arrange a time to call back. I told him that I wouldn’t signup to anything without something in writing & that I wasn’t willing to simply give out my credit card details over the phone. He gave me a sob story that this was a legitimate call & that I should trust him. I thought he got a little aggressive when I said that I wasn’t willing to move forward with this unless I am given something in writing verifying that this is Accord
