Rings daily sometimes 4 times a day to my mobile ridiculous

I keep telling them not to call me anymore, but they keep calling. They are trying to sell life insurance.

cannot seem to be able to block it on my phone - "already in use" is the Telstra phone comment

Calls everyday both day and night and both home and mobile phone. Getting annoyed

I'm 17 years old and they keep calling me, when I answer they hang up, who are they?!

Yeah, I use to work for an inbound call centre. They too said the "do not call register" is bullsh*t. You could sit and painstakingly enter all your details to stop the calls from all the annoying outsourced telemarketers only to learn it was a waste of effort and time! Just like the bloody calls themselves! If you own an iPhone, you can block the number. In fact you can block any number as long as it's not 'withheld' or 'unknown' (obviously). Anyway, go to your recent call list, tap the little blue 'i' symbol, scroll to the very bottom of the screen and you'll see:
"Block this caller"
tap it and BAM! No more calls from annoying non-English speaking or English speaking asses!

The AMCA Do Not Call Register is a load of crap. I am still receiving the same amount of telemarketing calls that I was before. Is it because I am listed in the phone book that I receive these calls? How do they get my number???? F&K*RS

I have been called yesterday & today by this number and I just ignore the call

been copping calls from this number for weeks. usually indian dude but was asian lady tonight. PITA cos i am on call and have to answer the phone.

Yes an Indian caller did ring often trying to sell me a coffin. i asked to be removed from the call out list. they now just ring and hang up when i answer.

The government should do something to stop these harassments instead the encourage new call centers
