I have had 4 calls from officer Eric I dont answer it and he leaves the arrest warrant message with the number ending with a God bless I've reported it to ATO a scam ignore it

Got a phone call today telling me that I had tax irregularities dating back 5 years. When I told him my accountant takes care of my tax affairs he demanded my accountants number, threatened me with an arrest warrant and then told me to get a lawyer. When I told him I was going to call the ATO, he hung up. He had an Indian accent. Scamming scumbag. You will get what's coming to you.

Also got the same call, it amazes me that no one has taken them down.

My wife was contacted today by the same idiots pretending to be from the tax office. Their number was (02) 8007 3436. I have called them back several times and they are still operating.

This just recently happened to a friend of mine just a day after she had paid a genuine ATO bill. Sane name, same phone number but from an Indian sounding male. Had any of you been in touch with the ATO in the time just before this call?

A lady rang from this number (02) 8007 3436 saying from tax office. She hung up when I said oh no last time pretending from microsoft and Telstra and now tax office? (I had previous private number scam calls and only answered this one as ID showed a number)
I hope ATO or someone is onto this one as people will be fooled.

I received a message on my answering machine on 18 Jun 2015 indicating urgent need to call back this number otherwise they would have no choice but to proceed with legal action. He identified himself as Office Eric from ATO and finished with the "God bless" send off which is what prompted me to check the number before calling back. The ATO would want to speak to a specific person and would not leave a general message such as this that anyone else in the household could hear.

Have received total of 4 threatening calls via my answering machinefrom officer Foster in the past few weeks i returned his second call and was asked to suck his dxxk. Anybody know how i can get rid of this idiot!!

Just received the same series of three (escalating) threatening messages from Officer Eric Foster from the ATO on our home phone answering machine. An ATO official warning me that an arrest warrant has been issued, ending the message with "... and God bless..."? Screams SCAM.

I have got an aggressive phone call (recoded message as no one was in home) on 23/4/15 from Eric Foster, claiming to be a ATO Taxation Officer, was saying you have a case filled with ATO and you are urgently required to contact this no (02) 8007 3436.

Scam. Pretends to be from ATO with "final warning" for arrest warrant. Went to our answering machine but their message appeared to be automated.
