One of those " you've had an accident in the last 2 years" bullsh*t calls by an Indian caller named 'Steve' told him "wrong! F-Off" and hung up - called again next day, same crap, so over these a-holes, threw abuse again and hung up. This time he called back and told me what to do to my mother! That would make me an incestuous necrophiliac I laughed insanely and he hung up - I'm done being polite & tolerating these vermin

Yep, same thing. Had a go at him and told him if it wasn't a scam he would know exactly who he needed to speak to. His name was Harry. Yeah, and mine is Ahmed.

They called me claiming that they could help me with the accident that someone of my family recently had. They did had my name. I told them how they got that information, and that there was no accident and they hung up.

Yep had the same call today from (02) 8006 9319, from what sounded like an Indian lady from a noisy call centre. I said it sounds like a scam to me. She assured me it wasn't. I said Yes, well I'll be reporting this number to the police. I should have kept the conversation going for 15 minutes instead.

Had been receiving regular calls (02) 8006 9319 from an Asian / Indian sounding person claiming to be from accident recovery claim center based in Sydney, even though have reported many times to do not call register. it's been of no use, still getting annoying calls from morning to night.

Same mob calling, as shown in other comments. Motor accident from someone who has this phone number. Told him I don't drive, and he should not be ringing as he isn't a charity!! (As though he would take any notice anyway.) I can't block calls, but I record them on two A4 pages when I find out who they are. Then I save such numbers under "X_Scammer" "X_Motor Acc." "X_Fake Telstra" "X_Fundraiser", and allocate the one tune - Beethoven's 9th. Then I don't answer them. Unfortunately some of them try getting me at weekends.

Had a call from this number from a guy with an Indian accent. Told him my number is on the do not call register and if they called again I would go to the police. Guy said I don't care I don't care. That he wasn't calling about an accident. I said he was a scammer and I got hung up on

Received a call from a lady, very hard to hear...women had a strong accent. Said that someone had reported an accident there. This is the first time I've ever had one of these calls, but I was fully aware of them circulating, so my response to her was to STOP making these fraudulent calls..then I hung up!

just received a call from this number, did not answer it and they did not leave a message. I blocked my number and returned the call, would not ring, tone sounded like a line that will not accept incoming calls. Very suspicious

The FAKE INSURANCE company..... Asking me if I've been in an accident recently?
I lied and said........ Yeah.
The girl got her manager and an Indian sounding guy got on the phone and said..... "what happened in the accident?"
I said....... A thousand cars were involved and I'm in Heaven now.
He said..... "you're in Heaven now?"
I said...... Yeah, and I know this is a SCAM!!
He hung up on me!!
I pray no one falls victim to this!!
They are using this new number now. They've called our house with this SCAM, using several different numbers.
This is a new number they are using, and when I tried to call it back, it does not connect through (as if the number does not exist).
I'm getting tired of these sick people trying to SCAM unsuspecting victims.

Just had two calls from this number in the space of 5 minutes claiming they were from the Accident Insurance line about a so called vehicle accident last year. Funny thing is that I don't drive and I don't have a car.
