Called advised from cyber crime of bank when I advised which bank they said CBA due to the fact I work in card fraud for the bank I know this to be a SCAM

Same, scam. American automated voice, saying lawsuit against me and to call the number back or i will be arrested.

Called claiming to be the Australian Tax Office, hung up when I started asking her questions

Did not speak when mobile answered!

ATO tax scam!

Tax Fraud warning, suggesting an investigation was being opened and I should call them back (call was received on a Saturday - system generated).

An English voice said he was the ATO and that my family were being investigated for tax fraud. At that point I cut him off. I rang the number back later but it was engaged. ATO numbers seem to all be 13 numbers anyway.

Caller: Apparently some one saying a law suit has been called under my name.
