phone number used by Paypal scammers in India

Had a contact off eHarmony wanted to email then gave me all the lovey stuff then wanted me to call him which I did & certainly can't be the man in the photos Had a good story on the emails College name etc I have had many scammers & stolen IDs on eHarmony so have unsubscribed Said he lived in Parramatta Anyone know this number? I checked out the fellows name in the white pages & no listing.
