Yes the Indian guy rang us. It is a scam and is listed on WA Scam-Net website under Car Accident Compensation. The lady from Consumer Protection said whatever you do, don't give them any details.

I too have had a call regarding a so called car accident that never happened luckily I caught on instantly and hung up on them

They claim their address is 74 Fredrick St Merewether NSW, and that they are calling on behalf of a range of lawyers.
