Caller: Trend Sunny

Received a call from someone who said they represented Trend Micro and that my Firewall was not working properly. Hung up when I said that I would call Trend Micro myself. I believe they go under the name of Trend Sunny trying to gain access to your computer and try to sell you a Firewall.
