Called the number back and Jonathan with an Indian accent answered. I asked him which bank he was from and he told me it was my card so I should know and I said he worked at the bank and he should know. He said the number should start with a 5 and I said "you sent me a message saying the card was blocked so you should have the number" and he hung up.
