Caller: Legal Assist

Caller knew my name and inferred I'd been in a crash, but when challenged tried to twist it round and said he'd asked if I had been in a crash. Argued with me and eventually he hung up after abusing me verbally. Immediately after I received 3 call backs, which only stopped when I blocked the number. I asked for the office address, which was given as 22/200 George Street, Sydney

Caller: Justin from Claims Management Company

Caller said he had received information that I had an accident, which I have not, but didn't tell him. When I said that everyone knows what is going on with these calls he spent a great deal of time trying to convince me that he was genuine and not like the others. Eventually I politely terminated the call. I get a lot of these calls!

Caller: Scammers - the accident legal people

Hung up on me when I led them around in circles

This is spam - Called claiming I had been in an accident which I haven't.

Has rung three times but left no message.

I don't answer my phone anymore if I don't recognise the number.
