Robot caller with American accent said was from ATO with warrant for my arrest

Automated voicemail. Male with an American accent. The message left sounded cut off at the start - the first word may not be "bitch" but maybe it is.
Message: "bitch i want you to get back to me on my department division number too. 8006 0291. I repeat to you 8006 0291. Now if we don't hear from you we have to issue arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you."

Caller: (02) 8006 0291

Robot voice left a message on my phone saying that I needed to get back to them as soon as I received the message. Otherwise they would issue a warrant for my arrest.
