Caller: SCAMMER SCAM: Heavily accented middle eastern male named Daniel stated from Telstra Investigations and required assistance to use our computer to identify previous fraudsters on our system in Sting operation. Was given remote access to desktop after requesting us to input code. Very convincing and offered financial incentive and when declined threatened to involve family. Very abusive and threatening tone once discovered. Reported to Telstra. He gave Telstra ID as DAN 3650. He requested our DOB and other personal data. Declined to provide password and banking details. Made numerous follow up calls. BEWARE!!!

Very aggressive with strong accent. Claim they are Telstra Technical Department. She stated that there are people in my computer and they need to get them out. Their technician can show me how. Gave employee ID number DCE1980.
