just got a call from a jaycob wiliams {sounds' indian)  from department reclaim in sydney level 2/26 lee st  he said that he needs my bank details .drivers licence so that he could refund my $3647.00 in to my account butt i said no way am i going to give my bank details to him .that he could send it in the post but he said that theay  did not have the facilatey for the post only by bank or credit card but i said no then he said that he will put me on to his supperviser  shajn russell and to quote my reclaims application number he gave plus his supervisers phone number (02) 8005 6356 then hung up ------just had a call back from jaycob he asked why i did not ring his superviser so i said i did not have a chance and that i will ring now .so i did ring (02) 8005 6356 shajn anserd and said he had $3647.00 that the bank had over charged me so asked him what bank and what time frame the charges where made. he said with westpac and in the past three years. so i said that i have'nt had an account with westpac for over 10 years then he hung up how rude :
