I was also contacted by them to say finance approved and I just had to pay Insurance amount and they would deposit funds, why is he getting away with this? I decided to check out some details and found his number is a scam, has anyone reported him.

all loans finance pty ltd is a registered acn number and has an abn as well recco alias ryan smith alias ? This company doesn't hold a credit licence as per ascic and we must all report that they are scammers report them to the police .

I also out of pocket $5550.00 have a law case against them aswell what the F..k is this world coming to.

Same thing has happened to me. $680.00 they said yes to canceling application and promised to refund. I have lodged a dispute with bank if anyone else has any luck please let me know. Thanks

I first called Direct Money and was declined and then out of the blue I get a phone call from All Loans Finance p/l . Then I too after being given the loan I was asked for insurance for the broker of $1500.00 and the was told that the ATO had interrupted the transaction and needed a further $1065.00 tax money and once this was paid I was told to wait until 3.30pm and no monies were paid . Have contacted www.acorn.gov.au and put in a report hopefully if others that have been scammed report their info something will be done about it.

Hi Bianca the exact same thing has just happened to me. Paid $680 for insurance and had to send another $200 buy ucash. Keeps saying funds will be in my account but nothing. What legal action have taken?

I applied for a car loan and somehow these scum called Ricco had sent me a email saying it had been approved just had to put money over for insurance sent me email of copy of contract etc saying fully refundable after paying this he says money will be in bank a few fays later rings back saying bank has asked for more money this is when I came suspicious and said I wanted to cancel it he said mo worries koney would be back in my account by the end of the day still no there ; (

So these people are not a real loan company? I have applied for a loan but I don't recognise their company name and can't find them on any internet search.

Step son scammed from these mutt's guy named ricco, kid worked hard for his money only to have these mutts take it , he only wanted a loan for a car and was told he had to pay insurance on the loan and taxes before hand , am reporting them to asic, god help them when i find them
