Got a message on answering machine Voice was not half obvious that it is computer generated. A complaint by ATO, legal case pending, arrest warrant being issued,. Legal action has commenced. Gave me a reference number and a number to call back to avoid being arrested . Surprise surprise number is unavailable.

Same scam, how can we stop these callers?

Indian accent claiming from ATO with warrant for my arrest for amount of $4.5k tax evasion/ fraud. Very forceful and intimidating in nature. He said resolve now or get a lawyer.

Robocall left message, complaint by ATO, legal case pending, arrest warrant being issued, provided number above to call back and resolve. Got same robocall yesterday with different 02 8005 prefix number to call back.

Recorded message allegedly from ATO threatening an upcoming court case and my arrest. Phone number to ring and the instruction "Don't ignore !! " They will have to do better than that. !!!!!!!!!!

What a croc of the proverbial!! Watch out for this scam. They want you to call back. Probably to pay some "fine". Yeah, right!!!
