Number given to call for the 'Reclaims Department of the Australian Federal Government'. The number (and the department) does not exist! Probably VOIP. This is an online fraud noted on the Scamwatch page of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Amazon Camera scam, no such purchase made, they want a call back.

sent text msg to mobile saying an order for a Canon Camera was successful and to call this no (02) 8005 1452 if there is a dispute.
Never ordered camera. Did not call back as obviously a scam

Received a cold text message asking to ring the number about a nonexistent transaction dispute. Clearly a phishing fraud.

I got a spam text message on my mobile phone to call this number for a dispute for a Canon camera with a model number ordered on 23/4/2021 for $2199.99.
First observation is there would not be a dispute number for something you ordered and the use of phrases is odd. Secondly you would remember spending this much money on a camera. Thirdly I haven't ordered a camera recently. My phone detected this text message as spam and blocked the mobile number.

Pretending to have sold me a camera through amazon. Ring to dispute. Wrong price. My money still in my account. Scam
