I have received the voice message from the caller number of (02) 8005 1050, the machine talked to the voice message , not a human voice talking , it said I must ring back to this number , a suitcase received under my name , it didn’t mention who my name is, if I didn’t call back they will issue a warrant to get me arrested .

Yes saying arrest warrant will be issued if not called back. Uses an electronic voice so it seems pretty obvious it isn't real. What do these scammers gain from such calls? Why bother?
