These bastards buy debts for FA then make the consumer look like scum because they cant pay the ridiculous fees they charge. They are ringing my ex - wife from 17 years ago and asking about me and it is not even my name... this was after they were continually ringing me and not leaving messages but when I finally did answer the 08 number from perth... I told them it wasn't me and to piss off... now they are ringing my ex-wife telling her I have this debt and she has to give them my contact details... thinking about starting legal proceedings for defamation.

If your friend defaults they ring constantly to get your friends new name/address/phone number and to pass on a message. Like I'm my ex - girlfriend's private secretary. Really a scumbag company.
