Hey Bill you are a d*ck if you owe money then man up and pay your debt, these people are just doing their job to find deadbeats like you who walk out on their commitments. Stop being weak and just pay back the money, and that goes for everyone to scare to speak to someone who wants to help you out of a bad situation. Oh yeah go right ahead with leagal as you don't have a leg to stand on and at least then the court will order you to pay back the money....

Caller: Pioneer Credit Pioneer Credit are chasing my daughter for a Citibank Debt that is the result of Identity Theft. They have been advised of this, yet continue to call both myself and my daughter (aged 27) about the debt. My daughter has advised them that is was a case of Identity Theft, but due to Pioneer Credits continual harassment, she has advised them that if they agreed to stop all interest, she would be willing to consider a payment arrangement. They however have refused to stop all interest accrual and have instead said that they are entitled as the contract with Citibank allows them to collect the interest. Both myself and my daughter are at our wits end with this collection agency and I have no idea what to do as they are threatening to list the debt on my daughters Credit File, as well as threatening to continue to contact any and all of my daughters friends, family, work places etc, until she agrees to enter into a payment arrangement.

Caller: Pioneer Credit Whoever said on here they can’t default you on less than 2k is an idiot. They can, they just don’t publicly list defaults under that amount.
I’m declaring bankruptcy so no skin off my nose here. Lovely people, the key is to talk to them. If you ignore collections calls you deserve the thrashing you get.
