Caller: Nuisance Telemarking

I keep getting phone calls from throw away phone numbers both land line and mobile advertising to someone named Ruth. There is no Ruth. You block one and they change their number and call again

I called back number (02) 8004 0090 was put on hold music but no one answered the call.
