This "phishing scam" called my grandmother and asked for personal details, suggesting that Westpac has over charged her by $3,647 and asked her to contact Money Savers on (02) 8003 6967.

I hope we stopped this scam for her soon enough.

i had the same call from (02) 8003 6967 he said i was over charged me by $3.647 he call my back it the call was overseas

We had a so called company called money experts call us today claiming that we are owed $4000.00 in bank fees he said if we put $295.00 into his western union account then call him back to verify the transaction he will then process the $4000.00 from his end, my wife did this then tried to call him back but no answer. the  names were as follows shaun russell and jackie wilson the number is (02) 8003 6967.

god damn it! why can't we put a stop to this? they should be caught and locked up. taking advantage of people who desperately need money.
