this number has called me every week day for four years . i called 1800 720 721 today so lets hope it stops now

Same problem, google led me here and I called. They promised to take it off, without an apology (maybe previous owner agreed this?)...

Will see what happens, hope no need to take to ombudsman

I just spoke to them then and asked to be removed from the list. Hopefully it's the end of it! It's not 1800 720 721, I have called them 4 times, even emailed and they've denied that (02) 8003 6300 was their number. Time will tell!

But no still faxing

They call us every single day, at least 3 times. I also called and asked them to remove our number. I asked the woman what sort of company she was and she just told me the company name. Dodgy as!

Yet another whinger :) ... Called 1800 720 721 (Easylink Client Support) and asked the nice call centre person for my number to be blocked.

I finally managed to send one of the numerous faxes I receive to an office printer. It told me how to unsubscribe at the bottom. I had to log into www.removefax.net using code SPRT. The website asked for my area code, my phone number and the code. Hoping it works.

I have been getting the calls regularly for 2 weeks. I called the 1800 number he said he would take my number off the list.
I wonder whether we should get something in return (other than them to stop annoying us) for helping them clean up their whacky fax system.

These people drive me bonkers. Doesn't matter how many times you ask to be taken off the call list, they still spam my machine! I hear trees crying everywhere!

Dialed 1800 720 721, complained about the fax tone continually calling. I told them I do not have a fax. She had the gall to ask me for my mobile number. Like seriously so she can annoy me personally ? or she is that thick that she thinks mobile phones accept fax. Anyhow she took the number off the list so she says, lets see how it goes.

They are still at it in 2012, snding faxes. I dont know what in the fax ,Iv never axcepted one from them.

Hi there! I rang the number 6 months ago to get them to stop faxing our phone every day... and they supposedly took the number off the list. But just now, I receieved another call with the fax 'beeep' on the other end. Annoying! Who are these people??

I got call regularly from this number and I complained to Telstra but they still come in so i did this action as suggested.. You need to call 1800 720 721 and she imediatly said she would take my number of their calling list, so lets see what happens

This number has called me now 5 times in half an hour, its very annoying. They are calling my work mobile and land line

Our company has received 10 or more "calls" from this fax number today. Not happy

this number rang 3 or 4 times obsessivly and sounded like there was some kind of fax. i tried to ring the number but it just hung up when it answered

Yep. Same deal as everyone else. every Monday this fax would call a random number of times. I called the 1800 720 721 and yes the guy blocked my number from their system.
