Hang up call

Another annoying call from this number yesterday morning at 10:35am and again at 4:35pm today. They continually hang up as soon as I answer the phone. As it doesn't show up on this registery, how can this number be indentified? If they are trying to sell me something they're not very good at it because they do not respond when I answer, and when it goes throught to my machine they hang up.

Same s**t happened to me today at about 8pm.

Again tonight, 7:55pm AEDT. Hung up. I confirmed last Friday that I was still on the Do Not Call list.How is this possible?Charity?

Further info, recalled the number as was given the option to speak in English or Russian.
Left a message advising I am on the DNC registery and will be reporting them.
