They are now calling back to say that this company has now been closed & wanting access to your computer again to complete some forms to enable a refund. Wishfull thinking in their behalf.

Again, many of my customers are being targeted by these useless morons claiming to be from Microsoft. They are not, they reported to some of my customers the phone to call them back was (02) 8003 3878 and the email address is support @ onlinepcexperts.com . Totally fraud! having fixed some of these machines for viruses, the customers are out of pocket and upset! these clowns should be given a taste of their own medicine. A good comeback would be to tell them that you do not own a PC and that sorts them out pretty quick. If by chance you have handed money over to them via Credit Card, please contact your credit card provider to have the charges reversed.

Constantly rings at home claiming to be from nexuspcsolutions.com and that your computer is infected. They then ask if they can remote connect and fix it for you only after you download a trojan from the site that they send you to. A Google search of nexuspcsolutions.com reveals a lot of scams with this company. Be warned don't provide credit card details, user names or passwords when you are cold called by this company or any company for that fact.
