Same message about an arrest warrant. Using panic or fear to make you call and then probably give out personal info. Scam. Have had something like this before

they called me first with a robovoice (australian accent but bad grammar) tell me I was wanted for tax avoidance and a warrant was out for my address. They gave a number to dial to settle the claim. I called back this number and got a chap with an Indian accent (or similar) who answered "Tax Office Australia", when I demanded to know his location he hung up on me. He blocked my number after multiple attempts. I hope that's one less victim for these absolute scum.
