Saying they were from family assistance and wanted me to pay $249 and show them a tax recipt to receive $3800 pre approved check delivered to my door how stupid do they think ppl are

Told me their from family assistance Canberra and to deposit money via western union money transfer so I could receive my cheque for $3420. Scammers once I told them I notified the police the Indian man proceeded to tell me he was gunna f&$k me and he f$&kd my mum and got very nasty.

Got a call tues saying you have been chosen to recieve a tax refund of 3420$ you just have to pay 249$ gst at the post office asap i said i would call him back but just got a answering machine when i tryed sus indian accent english names eg john parker and chris white lol so i called scam watch dog they said you dont ever have to pay your tax back these people had my dob address email bank account details and my phone number and knew i was recieving family tax b thought it was done with then get a call thurs asking if iwas sure i wasnt interested so i played him along and went to post office and called he said i need a western union form i asked the lady she said that is for transfering funds overseas i said scamming maggots busted and explained what had happened she said lucky you are onto them i said thanks and went home called the number didnt answer straight away but when it did i stated my name and said delete my info dont know how you got it fn scammers and hung up he tryed to call back i didnt answer was fully trying to convince me they were genuine even gave id numbers and said govt gave them new names to work with lol are they serious they think we are dumb also a optus scam asking for bank details saying they are rewarding me with a new phone i fell for that one and waited for a delivery that never came lucky i now have a brand new bank account

Had 2 calls in 2 days wanting me to pay $580 s so i could recive $5800 in a cheque the same day.Do people think wew are stupid ore what?

Scam for the Human Service epartment..they wanted me to pay 250$ taxes and the government will pay me $4640 because I pay my bills on time!!!!WTF

This Person called Justing called me from this number porsing as Family Assitance "Department" to give me a Govt Grant. To get the grant I had to pay $120 through UKASH.
