I did not answer but thanks for comments on this page, believe it was from Fairfax asking me to renew subscription. I won't renew as paper delivery has been very unreliable

Angry man said he was calling about our complaints about missed deliveries. His manner and voice suggested he is the driver being blamed for missed deliveries-he was not a trained Customer Service representative. After this abusive call we will not renew our subscription when it expires in a few months and have blocked this caller.
