Caller: Vodafone Not a scam. Automated call from Vodafone contact centre. Doesn’t connect to a rep until you answer. You can’t call the number back as you’re meant to go through their automated system.

Didn't answer, just called the number after they tried 3 times. They say they are Vodafone. 2 things that got me suspicious: instead of my pin code the automated message asked for my postcode and that after telling me how much I was overdue by there was no option for talking to someone if I was having trouble paying.

Vodafone don’t recognise the number. I asked them in person. 1527 is the number to pay bills

Caller: VODAPHONE Received text first my account overdue, then 1 hour later received automated call, i typed my credit card number then said incorrect card number and hung up. I called vodaphone took them over an hour on phone with them to tell me not their company, i had to call my bank and cancel my credit card, luckily no transcation was made. Vodaphone!!! you need to tell your customers about scams like that, obviously this been happening for a while. consumers should not have to go thru this sh*t
