I have received many calls from this number but they never leave a message.
When I call the number back there is a recorded message that says that I have called outside business hours even during the day. The message doesn't identify the business so it is probably a sales or scam caller.

Caller: A vehicle tracking device company

The number relates to a company that sells vehicle tracking devices. As like the other comments above, I rang the number back at 4.30pm and simply got a voice message (without business name) stating that I’d called outside of their business hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Like...what the?

Agree with Russell, exactly the same has happened to me. I have had several calls from this number. I have now blocked.
