tried calling it back and they just hang up on you

Got call from this number. Did not answer. When called back from landline gives engaged signal. Number now blocked

I got the same, no message left and hung up soon as I answered

No voice message left. Could be a scam

Some garbled message

Several times called from this number. From the comments I can only lead to one thing.
They are a Solar Panel company trying to sell however being an outbound call I dare say that the staff doing the calls are trying to get paid by the call, so when you answer and hang up that is counted as a call on their database...

Agree, called and no message left.

Called a few times & I didn't answer & they left no message. Next time when I did answer call it was suspicious character trying to convince me to buy solar panels. Very unconvincing & hallmark of scammer

I answered the call but didn't talk and they hung up straight away.

They called, phone labelled it potential fraud, didn't answer, no message left.
