Caller: Baycorp In order to get these guys to remove your number from their list, you need to imply you are not the person they are looking for. On the recorded line, state that you have held the number for only a few months. Then inform Baycorp of a different address. Use an alias name/surname and request they no longer call you or you will report them to ASIC/ACCC as you have stated you are not the person they seek and you currently hold no outstanding debts.

Caller: Apparently Baycorp Rang these fools and asked why if I owed a debt they could not confirm it writing, why the company I apparently owed that brought in a debt collector had not sent me anything in writing. Asked for the manager got the same woman who made the first call. Since when do managers make the initial call not their staff, total scam. Kept asking for personal information said if you think I owe you money you should have the details, then told them to send written proof. Doubtful it will ever appear.

Caller: Baycorp Keep calling on different numbers asking for Tracy and sending text about a small electricity bill being unpaid. When first answered I told them I just got this number and they said they wouldn't call again - every time I block the number a new number calls. Keep getting automated messages left from an unknow ID, probably them...
