Unsolicited call from a Regional NSW phone number to my mobile in WA. Foreign language, clicks off when called back - same as has happened dozens of times over the years

Caller: Supposedly Immigration Bureau

This was the voicemail I received:
Final notice Press one for Chinese press two for English Notification from the immigration bureau How to push me she told you she I need you and you need to come
