When I dialled back, a voicemail claim to be web design company

I let call ring out. No voice message left. I did search for who called (02) 7239 9644, saw reverseaustralia entry for similar number (02) 7239 2564, comments by people on that say when they called the number back they got a message in chinese or another asian language, so both numbers would be spam/phishing.
