Caller: Scammers Another unsolicited phone call from an offshore call centre. Using multiple numbers in this number range including (02) 7229 3897, (02) 7229 3891 as well as this one. You answer, no-one there, pause while they connect you back to an agent. They don't leave messages. Saw on another website it's scammers, which is what I think too.
