LED Lights for free scam

Asked about LED lights for both business and residential. They weren't very persistent, I just said "We're fine thank you" a couple times and they hung up

Received this call after installation of power energy meter on meter box. I’m expecting associated calls, which will not be answered,
Guess my mobile has been given off to LED light bulbs, exhaust fan, draught extrusion people all being paid by State government on schemes.

These people are calling businesses asking for the decison maker or if they know someone name, using that. This appears to be a Scam, you can not find the company or their number on any genuine website. They want to sell you LED lighting.

Caller: Light Scam

Another government backed light scam. Free LED lights but you pay huge installation costs. I told them, just deliver the lights and I’ll get my electrician to install them. He said “Oh no. Not how work!” Of coarse it ain’t you scammer!

The number when you call is not in service now when you call it. A friend of mine got the same call today as I did last same time.

Called twice an hour apart to ask if we've changed our existing lights to LED lights, learnt to just say yes or else theyll go on a tangent about how its free under the government scheme. We are a business so i can't ignore the call :(

Indian accent, couldn't say my name correctly, which by the way is a very easy name, so I replied with no one here by that name. She hung up!

Luckily I didn’t answer this call. I know it’s a problem when they don’t leave a message. I’ve blocked them.
