I am currently in process of going from fttc to FTTP, ie fibre to the curb to ftt premises and got a txt today saying NBN will be be contacting me to confirm appointment with technician and the installation process. I contacted NBN and they said it was legit.

10 calls since 16th March. Never answered any of them. Sometimes rang back straight away and left a long blank VM.

I believe was a legitimate call regarding new NBN connection, but didn't pick it up as my phone had flagged it as potential spam.

Said they are from NBN, when I looked up this number it showed as Infosys, apparently an Indian company. Vaguely said there will be a technician coming in for internet connection. Called back trying to say that we don't want anything to do with them, but no one picked up. Caller spelled her name as "Sweety".

Same as above. I never answered but a VM was left with nothing on it. After that VM would not work until I rebooted my ph.
Do you have a comment about Infosys or (02) 7209 9700?

Had an NBN service. They called to confirm appointment and ask about access.
