Hung up without a message

Received this afternoon (13 July 2021) and Hung Up Upon Answering. About 4 months ago, same phone caller (02 - 7202 2662) left a Male Voice Message claiming Ebay will debit $200 from my Ebay Account in 2 Hours time and to pay up now.

(02) 7202 2662 phoned mid-afternoon, Tuesday, 13 July 2021 - Hung up upon answering that phone call. Had phoned months before leaving a Male Voice Message that Ebay would debit $200 from my Account.

They refuse to give company name details or whos calling sounded like a homo

Pretended that I completed a 'sports survey' last year, but couldn't articulate which sports. Avoid and block.
