Caller: Scammer

They're still in business this morning.

Definitely a scam. Tried to tell me I had placed my number on the website to have a car removed. I blocked the number.

Had the same call from the same number just now. It was funny bcos it lasted only few seconds. He was some car removal service and there was an awkward pause for a few secs. Then I ask what is this call is about and he said "Do you have a car to remove bcos we buy damaged and old cars". I replied No and asked him is that all? and then he hung up. I never ask anymore questions coz I know they will lie anyway. Did his voice sounded like a Mediterranean/ME voice? I immediately googled the number.

Called about car removal or something. So had a bit of fun and told we collected a range of cars and want to sell quick. Eventually he hung up.

just received a call from a guy with a thick accent - telling me, he is a recycling company buying old cars for parts...obviously a scam,
but how did he know my first name? very odd! the guy was not rude, but im very confused as to how he knew my name?

Called and told me I my car was going to be towed and I’d be fined, but couldn’t tell me where my car actually was.

Someone called from this number and laughed down the phone. I called back and spoke to a Josh and basically told him that i was reporting this number. Absolute moron.

Yet ANOTHER unwanted spam caller. Asking if I had a used car I wanted to sell. I stated that my number is in the ‘do not register’ call and so they should never have called me. The bloke on the phone started ‘blah blah blah’ing. Why doesn’t someone do something about this?

Left a VM with nothing but the intermittent sound of heavy machinery in the background.

An indian guy called and said i was registered to sell an old car I told him first thing first I don't live at syd second I don't own a car the bloke got nervous and hung up

Asked if we had an old car for sale. Told them no and not interested in their call any further and hung up. Very random someone would call and ask that.

Called in when you pick up and they hung up straightaway

Same MO. I didn't answer but I did call back. I was surprised they answered. Even though I was expecting something about old cars it still made me laugh when he asks "Do you have an old car you want to get rid of?" Hahaha what a random spam call to get!

Very strange..never had call like this...asking about old car removal..I think maybe this caller tries to get more info ...with weak people...

Wanted to buy my old car. I did engage and he offered me quite good money for it. Said he'd pay cash. Might be legit. Can't spot the scam if it's a scam.

Indian man, v hard to understand. I told him that he had the wrong number.
