This is one of many numbers they use. No direct link to RFS but sell lottery tickets supposedly supporting RFS. just a scam.

Hate to follow suit but blocked.

Caller: OneConnect

OneConnect – Sydney based charity callers for SES,RFSA,PCYC and the like. They have hundreds of numbers in blocks, examples (02) 8524 5900 to 02285245999 and (02) 7200 0600 to 02272000699 and (02) 9094 2400 to (02) 9094 2499.

Called on behalf of RFSA last Thursday. I stupidly gave them my home address.

Hang up straight away.

They are actually ringing for Rural Fire Service. I have bought tickets a couple of times but now they ring me at least once a week. Not paid over the phone had the tickets sent out and paid when the tickets arrived.

I answered this call on my father's behalf as he is unwell. When I told them who I was, they immediately hung up. Clearly suspicious behaviour. Glad I found out that they're a scam.

Saying they are collecting donations for the rural fire services lottery. Would only take payment on the phone or post out tickets and chase for money. Said they couldn’t email details because they needed a home address to send the prize to. Didn’t have a website and when I asked about terms and conditions he said “for what though?” Then completely changed attitude and hung up on me. Bad Scam

Selling lottery tickets to rise funds for the RFSA. I asked the person "why haven't I seen you guys in my local area?" SCAM

Unknown number to me, so as is my custom I didn’t answer the call. Saw others experiences on here and now added the number to my blocked list as I do with every unknown number

Offering good girls for a cheaper price! $50 for 20mins.

Did not know (02) 7200 0689, have not give my # for any calls to be made. Looked here, saw sound advice, let call ring out.

They call continually on my mobile. Don't know how they get the number. They ring more than once a day. I recognize number & don't answer.

They rang and asked for person by name. On behalf of Rural Fire Service. Made direct donation once (to RFS web site), made the stupid mistake of giving details. They (RFS) obviously passed details on. Bad mistake, RFS, bad!!!
