If any person has an ISP with an offshore support call centre your data and banking details, emails etc (all the content) is able to be accessed via those ppl who you will never be able to identify.Secondly if you do call them for support, most ISPs do not keep verbatim copies of the calls. So there you are.Total foreign strangers drooling over your ID, all your emails in and out, some banking details etc and you are owned 110% What could (already has???) go wrong This govt allowed all that to happen under their watch, their laws and theri 3 terms in govt. The ISPs and Telcos are self policed. How does that look? The ACCC and TIO are toothless seat warmers. iisay careful who you choose for your proviider

Caller: They claim they are Telstra broadband (NBN) Sounds like a group foreigners (heavy accents) in a garage basement, when I asked them to verify, gave me a his full name, his Telstra employee number, a refence number for the call and my customer ID number. Not sure how I can verify it. Certainly dodgy with their mannerisms and conversation, as bad as Telstra is, they don't speak to customers like that (LOL). I then asked him to wait...he disconnected the call. Kept telling me that my broadband was compromised by people in the early hours on the morning...with specific details, I asked if he was one of them (LOL) DONT give them any details, try not to say YES or NO either as they record it and get your phone banking details and voice activate transactions on your behalf.
