Got a call from this number twice, one after the other. First one got to the voice to text, second one did not, suggesting there was a person doing the calling. Calling back, got a lady saying no one called out from her line recently as she just got home. Not sure what it'll mean for the caller ID system if it's true or if someone hi-jacked her number (and perhaps her account with the telco) to make calls.
