Have dealt with this company for 7 years now.
They scam people into receiving a 'free' toner cartridge. Then demand payment, keep sending the cartridges without approval and keep sending overdue invoices.
DO NOT LET THEM SELL YOU ANYTHING!!

They also ring from 066857163. The young aussie female voice thanked me for participating in a survey, wanted to reward me $20, and asked about the delivery to me of the toner cartridges I ordered. A very dishonest person. She said she was from Eco Print. Excreta Print would be a far more accurate description.

Do not be pushed into giving these scammers any printer details.
Like a lot of the people below, our company & the company next door have been phoned & pressured into giving out our printer make & model etc as they "Buy back" cartridges. The lady on the phone was shocked when we advised that we won't be tricked into buying. She was very rude & I highly doubt she was legitimate.

Just had a call from these scammers. These are unsolicited calls about ink cartridges. Very rude, unprofessional and intrusive. A pox on all their houses I say.

This company is being maligned unfairly in my opinion. I have dealt with them for many years. As for pushy- free toners- unwanted deliveries????. They have never done this to me.
They are selling stuff. I expect that they push to make sales, but they do what I want and when I want it.

I received a call this morning from an ink-saving printer cartridge company. They wanted to thank me for completing a survey about my printer - I vaguely recall a call maybe 3 months prior a caller asking questions about my office printer for a local business survey.
This particular call today, was to offer me a voucher or to plant a tree in my name for completing the survey.
The caller then proceeded to push a trial subscription to their cartridges for a discounted price of $180 or so, "before they hit the retailer shelves" - That does not seem like a discount in my opinion, and they did not mention what brand these mysterious cartridges were!
This person was very quick to say there was no contract commitment involved, but also said they wanted me to trial the cartridges for 12 months, and would send an invoice on a 60 day account....
I don't know, seems like being pushed into a subscription to me! Number blocked!

Had a call from "Becky" who confirmed which printer we used and wanted to reward us with a voucher or planting a tree. Then told me I had agreed to take part in a trial of cartridges (despite the previous call asking me if we'd be interested in buy backs of ink toners to save the environment). Started reeling off the prices and that once we receive the first shipment they continue to do so and wanted to record me saying that I understand. I knew it was a scam so gave them a false name (always do when it's telemarketers) and hung up before she could record me. Then followed up with an email saying we give no consent to anything being sent to us for a trial or orders and to cease contact.

I have just had a call today as a follow up to a "survey" about which printers we use (which I did take part in, as I was interested in the opportunity to recycle our cartridges) and offering a voucher or tree planted. The caller then said, "we have your introductory order of cartridges" which we definitely did not order. I quickly cut her off and said told her so. A new receptionist had been fooled by this in the past from this company, so fortunately I knew better. A very dishonest company.

EcoPrint are very deceptive. They call up and tell us that we are on a contract/have an agreement/have placed an order with them and that they are going to send us out printer cartridges. Once you have agreed to accepting an order from them over the phone you are legally bound to it and it is non-refundable and non-returnable. They send out a ridiculous amount of cartridges (5 at once) which equates to around $1,000 that we have to pay for something we don’t need. They have been told not to call our business multiple times but every few months they ring and go through exactly the same spiel again, hoping to get someone different on the phone. Even if you need to order printer cartridges, do not use this company.

Happy Ecoprint swapped my over supply of toners to ones I could use . Also, very happy they plant an Australian tree every time I order.
