Caller: My ISP, allegedly This went through to my message bank, and I missed the first few words. ".... we need to change your IP address and router, which will be free of charge. So please press 1 to get connected to the technician." I've had this call before, but from a different number. Definitely not a call from my ISP! I'm classifying this as a scam. :-)

Caller: "your internet provider" Apparently recorded message from female saying your internet is about to be disconnected. Didn't stay on any longer to find out what she said next.

Caller: Recorded message about getting your internet connection disconnected These scumbags are preying on the elderly and gullible
. Advising you to "press 1" to be connected to their technician to "fix" your supposedly faulty internet connection. DON'T press 1 otherwise you will probably get your ISP changed.
