Caller: Displays "Thora" on the incoming display

I let the phone ring out. Date and time: 10/5/2019 Sydney time 5.27pm. Voice message had a pre-recorded message (male serious voice) left on my mobile about a 2nd attempt in trying to reach me as there has been income tax fraud detected against my name (didn't qualify my name) from ATO and trying to reach me to avoid arrest, serious penalty etc. There was instruction to press 1 to be connected or routed elsewhere. Will ignore and posting this in the hope others do as well if they get similar.
