The caller claimed that unbeknown to me I have be signed up to Amazon prime and my bank account has been charged.
To prevent future monthly subscription fees I was told to download an app from the app store called quick support (this app would allow remote access to my device).
I refused and the caller became more persistent.
I ended the call but I worry some less tech savvy folks might not understand and be scammed.
