expected to get hot wash for my clothes when choosing a white wash. when the water was cold i complaned to assistant in laundry and she told me not to worry thet she will handle. I came to check was hot water used and no it was not .Just cold wash. when I complained to he owner she treatjhened me. Avoid this landrette its expensve and does not provid the service you thought you where paying for.
