To whom it may concern,
my wife and I stayed at the showground on 13/5/2013.I would just like to commend Rhonda (caretaker)on her professionalism and poise she showed under extremely trying circumstances,which was out of her control.The empathy and understanding Rhonda showed to us and the other campers was a true sign of good old fashioned customer service.I would like to send a sincere thank you to Rhonda for trying to make our camping experience as enjoyable as she could,considering the circumstances that was thrown at Rhonda,you have got a true professional taking care of your lovely showground.
Could you please pass on from my wife and I a sincere thank you to Rhonda,we would not hesitate in recommending your showground to our other fellow travellers that we meet on our travels.
