Keeps calling. Never leaves a message. Tried to return the call but their voicemail is full

been called several times a day by this number and similar number 09 6653 nnnn

This caller tried tell me that he was checking on our internet as it was having problems and he was working in conjunction with Telstra to fix the problem.
I played along with for a while and when he asked how many lights were showing on the router and if any of them were flickering, I answered yes and he said "ohhhhhhh you have big troubles"
I said where are phoning from and he said Melbourne, I then said,y but the number you rang on is a NSW prefix (02). He answered " no sir, I am ringing you from Melbourne". I then told him that the lights on a router always flicker and that he was not ringing from Melbourne which he kept denying. Before hanging up on him, I think I may have read his pedigree to him.
The little foreign speaking worm also phoned last night and tried the same scam.

Said they were Telstra and when I asked for an id number and was questioned why, I was told to shut up and f*** off and was hung up on

Threatening call about my computer being hacked , and he would fix it if i gave him access , wanker
