Caller: Hacker/NBN Scam Initially is was a recording of a female with an Australian accent saying it was the NBN asking me to press 1 to speak to a technician. I knew it was fake but I wanted to see what they would say so I pressed 1. I could hear people talking to each other in what sounded like an Indian language. Eventually someone said "Hello, I am from Telstra. I need access to your computer as you have been hacked." After I told him what I thought I hung up.
